Bali Hotel Market Q3 2025: Rising Occupancy and Rates

Colliers has released its quarterly report on Bali’s hotel market for Q3 2025.

  • Average occupancy — 78.3% (+5.6%)

  • Average nightly rate — $176 (+18.4%)

  • Total hotel rooms — 59,470 (+0.05%)

The Uluwatu area has emerged as a fast-growing tourist hub with new hotels, restaurants, and cafes. Most new projects planned until 2027 are in Ubud, where land is available.

Foreign tourist arrivals grew by 9.4%, led by Australia (23.1%), India (8.7%), and China (8.2%).

Conclusion: Strong demand for hotels and short-term rentals makes Bali an attractive investment destination.
